A Beautiful Mother's Day Event
Sometimes the simple things are the best - like a mom and a daughter having fun with art.
There isn’t a lot for me to say, today; I’m going to let the photos speak for themselves - even though my daughter was working on Sunday, she came over, arranged a beautiful luncheon, and we had fun cake decorating. My goal for the past few weeks has been painting on cakes with a palette knife - some new weird obsession after watching some Instagram posts in the middle of the night. And Aimelie worked her magic with a paintbrush on gateau instead of gouache.
